“Choose Your Career” transformed employer branding for ASFINAG into a campaign inspired by Gen Z’s gaming habits. Instead of presenting static job listings, the initiative introduced 15 animated avatars – each representing career paths in areas like IT, construction, and administration. These characters turned career exploration into a playful, visual experience that felt familiar to a generation raised on games. Rolled out across OOH, social media (including a custom avatar Instagram filter), and display ads, the campaign created a unified, striking presence that resonated with young talent by speaking their language of experience and expression.
